My simple oxtail soup recipe!
3 lbs of oxtail
20 cups of water
5-6 carrots
2 potatoes
1/2 of an onion
1 tbsp salt
1.5 tbsp rock sugar (this is the brand I'm using ➡ amzn.to/3EqEJsu )
1 tbsp fish sauce (this is my favorite brand ➡ amzn.to/3AuOxQZ )
1 bunch of cilantro
1 bunch of green onion
Served with rice or just eat it like a soup . You can also add fried shallot/garlic and chili oil for some extra flavor :)
