用很少的材料 很少的時間就弄好的一道菜
最重要洗很少盤子 哈哈

這個醬汁很下飯~
煮的時候記得多煮點飯

Less ingredients, less time, less dishes to wash.. lol

Ingredients
3lb oxtail
4 tomatoes
2 Carrots
2 Potatoes
1 Onion

1/3cup Ketchup
1/3cup Oyster Sauce
1/3block cane sugar

Salt
Black Pepper
Butter

材料
3磅 牛尾
4 蕃茄
2 紅蘿蔔
2 土豆
1 洋蔥

1/3杯 茄汁
1/3杯 蠔油
1/3塊 蔗糖

    I followed the recipe and felt like the oxtail was not tender enough. I'm simmer it for another half am hr. Hopefully, it will be enough.
