If you have never had homemade mayonnaise, you're in for a treat. I am showing a failproof recipe for this healthy avocado mayonnaise. It is so much better and cheaper than what you can buy!
All you need is avocado oil, egg, mustard, lemon juice, and salt.

    I like making my own mayo as well. I was surprised to see that you use the whole egg. All the recipes I have seen use only the yoke. I like the idea of using the whole egg because I usually have to figure out what I’m going to make with the egg white. I’m going to try this, thank you.

    I like using an immersion blender for mayo. It's done in like 15 seconds and it's just like the stuff you get at the store. Never needed to worry about room temperature or anything like that.

    Hi Anja, I made it! I know.....baby steps. I think you are right about using olive oil, which I did. Even though I used a very good mild EVO, the taste was a little dominant. But, I used it to make your potato salad, and the finished product was very very nice. I love your channel.

    Looking forward to trying this! ❤ If you keep your dogs nails an appropriate length, it will reduce clicking on the floor, plus it will keep your dog walking on the a correct portion of its' foot, which helps the alignment of all the joints from the spine down to the foot. Just a heads up.
