There are lots of options for mayonnaise at the grocery store, but if you look at the ingredients, many of them are to be avoided. First off, look what type of oil they use to make the mayonnaise, avocado oil is by far the best, but many brands cheap and highly processed oils. Next look for preservatives and added sugar, mayonnaise should just be a few ingredients! Mad love..Bobby, Dessi, Rose, and Art! XOXO

I am not a Whole Foods shopper, but I must give them credit for allowing you and Art to film freely in their store. These videos are so helpful and I'm not anxious on your behalf about the "Waldos" coming to shoo you away!

For those of you who have Winco near you, Winco carries Chosen Foods mayo and it's only $6.50 a jar, so much cheaper than anywhere else. I'm not a fan of Primal Mayo, but Sir Kensington and Chosen Foods are amazing.

I make my own at home. 1 cup Avocado oil, 1 egg, 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar with the mother, 1 Tbsp ground mustard 1 tsp tumeric. Put all except oil in a large glass, mix with emersion blender. Slowly add avocado oil while constantly blend. When you're done adding the oil you have a nice, thick, tasty mayonnaise. Good for 5 days in the fridge.
