Egg and Oil is added in a manner, that allows it to mix into an emulsion. I make mine with 2/3rds cup avocado oil & 1/3rd cup extra virgin olive oil...I also add a half teaspoon of onion powder... with of course the brown mustard, egg, apple cider vinegar & pink Himalayan salt👍(using same measurements as yours) turns out great using the immersion blender!😋
