These are great stories, consider writing them down and developing each character …

Indeed, Norm, yours is a life made for a movie. It sounds like you are truly lucky to be alive. Surely, God intends for you to tell your story. There is a great similar story about Alice Cooper finding Jesus ~ I'll copy you a link. God has used his abilities for His Good now, if you can believe that. So maybe God will use your abilities, too. He will open the doors if it is meant to be, for sure. It was my grandmother who sang with my aunt Hope who sang over the mountain on Saturdays. My grandmother had an opportunity to sing with who we believe to be Ralph Stanly, seriously way back, when he was up and coming in the Appalachian KY mountains. My grandmother told him she could never sing worldly songs, and she didn't. But she wrote plenty and sang them at small local churches, even in broken down buildings in Felicity, OH, on Saturday night, trying to get kids to come in, and they would go back and try to get their parents to come back on Sunday Morning. I have seen many saved because of her deep love for God. It was her father who was the circuit rider preacher, Dodge Coleman. It was her daughter, my mother, whom he got to go with him, I believe, every other Sunday over into Virginia. I understand his church still honors him in KY, but I've never been to it. I should find out what the name of it is at least! You are quite the storyteller, and my heart is troubled for all you saw and did, and the irresponsible adults, for the most part, who led you down those crazy roads. But I believe in silver linings, so God is going to make sure you find out just what it is; I'm sure of that. I love you, Norm, and keep on loving God and clinging to the Victory through Jesus! Amen my dear brother in Christ!
