I think we can all agree if something happens to us we would want Arrin to investigate.

As a former plainclothes guy with the SFPD, and now a private investigator, you are relentless and appear to be a step ahead of everyone else both here and in the Missy Bevers matter. The Koecher case, the landlord is suspicious. The only way we may ever find out, would be IF his chick snitches on him. Forensics won’t likely solve this case, it will take somebody on the inside to talk.

I'm sitting here shaking my head in awe of you again, Arrin. You never cease to amaze me with your eye to detail. It's funny when you said something like, "You can clearly see the body armor underneath." No, YOU can clearly see the body armor. I didn't see it at all until you pointed it out. I just love to see people here on YouTube working together to help define the evidence in hopes of solving these cases. I'm blown away by so many of these comments. The Oconee Sheriff's Department would be wise to consult you on this case. You are a true asset to these victims and the communities. Superb job.

You're so diligent with these details. I'm sure Elijah's family thanks you. When looking at the killers face, you can see his facial features through the netting of the mask. His nose is wide, it looks like a thin mustache and full lips. I hope someone recognizes him. #JusticeforElijah

Arrin, you deserve millions of followers. It’s so great to see someone who can find out all this info and put in the hard work needed to solve these cases. These families all deserve answers and justice.

Best true crime coverage on YT. Period, end of.

I’m having a horrible day, thank you for giving me something to focus on right now.

Arrin! Thank you so much for taking on this case. It has intrigued me from when it happened. I was wondering about it this morning and then all of a sudden found your very thorough study of it. My first thought was that if the clerk had a panic button I would’ve hit the panic button the minute I saw someone walking in with a mask covering their face and a hoodie over their head. Perhaps the clerk was not looking, or perhaps he was seated, or perhaps he didn’t have a panic button. If I had had a panic button and a way to lock the doors I would’ve done it before the perpetrator ever got to the doors. This seems like such a senseless killing that I truly wonder if it might not be a gang initiation. Several years ago I got home from work to discover that my home has been burglarized. I called law-enforcement and they came out and one officer said, “ let me guess. Break in with nothing taken, right?” I asked him how he knew, and he told me it was happening all over the city and that it was gang initiation requiring thugs to break into homes. I felt so violated, and destroyed my sense of security. I have had security on my homes ever since then.

I'm convinced the killer plays football. Probay a RB. I agree he doesn't have a classic "athletic" build, but he's definitely an athletic person- slim, puts on muscle mass easily. His movements on the surveillance video are athletic, very specific to football, IMO. His stride gait is short and tight. He has strong coordination, timing and body movement synchronization. Also, note how quickly he changes direction when he realizes he forgot something and needs to go back. I've known many football players who move this way off field.

Arrin - very interesting - I admire you detection of the height and body-suit underneath. Elijah's murderer is definitely wearing a brand new outfit. And, I bet he did forget to pick up the casing - as pointed out by another viewer. Nervous - young guy. Walked in all cocky with his adrenaline flowing and forgot to get the casing and maybe he decided he would make sure he is dead and shoot again. Somebody knows something - there is always someone who talks - especially if teenagers are involved. In the meantime, great work - as usual very impressive. Thanks for sharing the information.

If you could get a close up freeze frame of the gun at different shots, I bet I could have a real good chance at identify what brand pistol it is…

Another great video! I love the way this community is sharp and pulls together information that might seem small at the time, but can be really huge to the outcome of this man's murder investigation. I think the composite will help tremendously. I look forward to seeing that. Keep up the good work you are doing. Stay safe. *A side note - I have been getting alerts to new episodes right away. I was one of the people not getting them. I wanted to let you know it seems to be working fine.

Excellent work. I’m very impressed with your channel.

You can’t tell what caliber the gun is, could be .45, .40, 357sig, 10mm, 9mm, 380, .32, .25, .22, all of those calibers are very VERY popular, could be numerous other calibers… unless the police have released that info stating it was a 9mm bullet they recovered or casing??? Your deductions are SPOT on and next level… damn good job tracking those gloves to a near by high school football team, along with the car!! That’s HUGE

Arrin, there will be a special blessing for you one day. Well done!

Great video Arrin, I’m with you on the height - and it should be very a very good piece of info that could be used later to rule in or out possible suspects.

Thanks for the update and replies to comments! Stay Safe.

On one hand, I could watch a breakdown of the body language of bad people. On the other hand: I could watch this. So, anyway. Can't wait to see what else you have!

I’ve been trying to identify that athletic pullover hoodie he’s wearing… looks like it says AV on the front center in black letters and in some close up shots it looks like striped pull strings?? We should be able to identify that hoodie….

Well done, a lot of good info here. Keep it up.
