It's crazy how people that DON'T need it get it, but people that actually NEED that help can't
  • @Jon.......
Maybe he is partially blind ... after all, he didn't see this coming!
  • I know of a guy who was disabled and was on disability. He was charged with disability fraud and the state brought pictures and video of the guy working in his yard, shopping and other activities where he appeared to have no trouble getting around. It looked like an open and shut case, until the guy came to court with the help of his identical twin brother. It was his brother in all the pictures. His bother doing his yard work and his shopping for him because he couldn't do it. The judge was pissed, saying that it was known the man had a twin brother, but they just assumed it was him.
  • Meanwhile, there's people whom wait a year to get disability and actually suffer day by day.
  • All disability claims should be verified by doctors, physical therapists, and other specialists, not only once but periodically.
  • I love how the reporter was committed to her job after chasing him down on his own property. Going above and BEYOND.

I went Blind for 7 years. I had to go through blind school in Seattle. As a blind person, you know the layout of your house, how many steps from where you are to where you’re going. Your “Stick” (Blind cane) gives you a LOT of feedback on the types of terrain, stairs, what’s around you. Other than writing checks or reading your bills, you can function very independently. Computer’s have programs in which it can read to you. Other computer programs allow you to speak to your computer and it’ll type whatever you want. This idiot who claimed to be blind deserves prison with a mandatory blindfold until he’s released.
  • This pisses me off my husband had 2 strokes with in 14 days apart, that left him paralyze on the right side and it took him 1 and 1/2 years to get on disability.

this goes on a lot in england, people on disability and living a good life with holidays abroad, nice cars etc etc. i had osteoarthritis in my left hip and suffered every day. i evan worked a ten hour shift as a cook in a carehome every saturday and sunday, struggling to walk and evan in more pain at the end of my shift. i applied for pip and was told that i need to come for a face to face interview, i decided to pull out and cancel my claim for pip as i was told by a couple of people that evan tho i'm struggling to walk, those pen pushers behind their desks would say but you can walk. so i wasn't willing to give them the satisfaction of turning me down for my request for help and the pip payment, i finally got my hip replacement as it was canceled twice due to covid and i'm so much better and able to walk with no pain and discomfort. there are so many people on disability milking the system and it's those corrupt disability cheats that spoil it for the genuine people. so glad these people in this video have been caught out and having to pay it all back, and rightly so as it's hard workers tax money....

I wish my job was to stalk people trying to get away with disability fraud.

He doesn’t lose his house? But people that can’t pay taxes lose a house?

Twenty years ago I worked with a man, whose friend had a degenerative eye disease, that really did make him blind. To a certain extent that is. Because he passed his driver's test, & was considered legally blind. He was supposedly the only man in Kansas that could claim both, & they were proud of it. They said legally blind wasn't totally blind, & it could mean a lot of things.
  • I remember I had a college professor who was legally blind. One time I was walking to the campus gym and I ran into him and he told me he was gonna get something from his car. He was parked in the disability area. I later asked him if he drove and he said he could not drive because he was blind. And I guess he sensed my confusion and he said, "My wife comes to school with me sometimes and she drives". And I was like oh!!!
  • I was born with several disabilities that keep me from standing or walking very long without immense pain and I keep getting denied for disability. This is disgusting.
  • I do disability claims for firefighters and police men most of them vets, these heroes endure a lot on the job & truly suffer and lay their lives to protect the community both physically and mentally

I left my job in Nov. 2019 due to diabetes damaging the retina in my good eye. My other eye was legally blind since I was a kid. I filed for disability in August of 2020. They took until Oct. 2021 to approve me. Did I get a huge retroactive check for the months between filing and approval? HELL NO! They said I wasn't disabled until July 2021 and that I had to remain disabled for 5 months after they determined I was disabled, before I get my first check. And even then, it's an additional month for that first check to arrive so I didn't start collecting until April 2022. I bet the people in this video got approved in an instant.
