If the assistant DA would sit there and lie about using a handicap ♿️ placard, then he would definitely lie in court.
-
If you're an Assistant District Attorney and you're flagrantly breaking the law you should lose your job at the least.
-
They are not "gaming the system". They are breaking the law. And they do it with impunity because they work for the DA's office.
-
Every one of those individuals should not only be fined the maximum for each offense, they should also be terminated immediately. They prove they are simply liars unfit for employ.
-
They have the balls to do this I can imagine how much stuff they're probably stealing in the building
-
I think all government workers should be fined ten times the normal amount because they know better!
-
One thing I found here is that some stores put the handicapped spots along way from the building handicapped ramps or the door. I asked one fast food place about that and they said, we worked within the laws. I am a Disabled Vietnam Veteran and I have a placard...I can hardly walk and when speaking to the manager, she simply said. " Well you did walk in here so you must be alright." Some people just don't care.

Yes, let her investigate her own department - great idea
-
Every one of these deadbeats should be fired and barred from rehire!
-
They Lie, yet they have a job still. Regular people get fired for less.
-
This is why freedom of photography is so important when watching government employees at their work especially when dealing with them so they can be caught in their lies
-
Busted! Nice reporting. Fines should al least quadruple for employees of the justice system. And the basic fine needs to be at least $1000 to really discourage this behavior.
-
DA, Judges, cops, politicians.... caught violating the law should automatically get the max sentence.
-
Throw the bloody book at them. An assistant DA for goodness sake!
-
Many of his stories I find frivolous but this one is brilliant.
-
That’s what I call a “deer in the headlights” look.
-
The dishonesty and hypocrisy displayed by those who should be setting a good example is disgusting.
-
Nothing says, "I'm above the law," more than illegally parking in a handicapped spot AT WORK (where all of your coworkers can see you). Especially if you're charged with upholding that set of laws on everyone else.
-
Fined ! They should be FIRED !
-
It’s aggravating when people feel like they are entitled to park there even without one
