I always had problems with my back since, at 61 I broke my spline, i had a lot of missed days, and never collected on my injury, I wasent one to take advantage of a company i worked for 20 yrs, wasnt their fault, too bad im honest

I know I did not see a racist comment. As someone in insurance we see all kinds of people race does not matter, any of them can be fraudulent.

Not all injured workers are the same, some of us are really struggle but insurance companies still treat us like hell. Why news reporters never talk about Independent Medical Examination who are very cruel to us and most of the times lie and they do not want to be audio taped even if law said we have right to do that. And those doctors get paid over $400.000 a year by the insurance companies to make our life hell, to leave us homeless at that time when we are partialy injured.

Probation is not going to teach a lesson when it comes to a serious crime. Last time I checked, any type of fraud is serious.
