Gluten-Free Japanese Fluffy Pancake Recipe | Healthy Banana Souffle (No Flour)

In this video, I will show you a recipe for gluten-free Japanese fluffy pancakes. The only ingredients are bananas and eggs. If you want to know how to make healthy banana souffle pancakes, please watch this video.

◆ Ingredients

・Banana : 120g (4-ounce)
・2 Eggs : 100g (3.5-ounce)

----------------------

◆ Instructions

00:00 – Mash the banana with a fork
01:09 – Separate the eggs into yolks and whites
01:33 – Add the egg yolks to the mashed banana and mix well
01:57 – Whip the egg whites into a stiff meringue
02:42 – Add a bit of the meringue to the banana mixture
02:58 – Add the rest of the meringue
03:26 – Add a small amount of vegetable oil to a frying pan
03:34 – Cook over low heat for 3 to 5 minutes
04:02 – Gently fold the pancake in half from the edges
04:20 – Transfer it to a plate
