2 garlic cloves
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes or to taste
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1-2 eggs
1 tsp everything bagel spice or to taste

In Vietnam we crack the eggs right on top of the ramen and just toss in pan to cook. Love your vids :)
