I save my cereal for before bed. It works great. I never go to bed hungry, and it's super easy to weight out the exact calories you have left for the day! Highly recommend frozen blueberries, unsweetened almond milk, and Cheerios. Add sliced almonds and or vanilla protein powder to hit your macros. Most of my iron comes from cereal. Extra bonus.
