As someone that likes bread, it's good to see a fitness based channel showing how you can eat 4 slices bread and still stay under your calorie goal
  • @TR-wm3sg
The tuna dish looks especially good. I would serve it scooped onto a lettuce leaf and topped with diced tomato, a sprinkle of shredded Cheddar, and a dash of a smoky hot sauce.
  • @Thulle3
Woah, the tuna + fat free cream cheese combo is a real protein cheat code. Will definitely try this out!
  • Yes, more breakfast ideas!! I'm more of a sweet breakfast gal myself but I'll be sure to give those a try. Thank you for your hard work once again ❤
  • I'm usually not a fan of tuna salad, but that recipe you've made looks like a game changer. I cant wait to give this a go .
  • These were all amazing. I wanna try all three of them. I love it when you do Italian style food with basil.
  • @TheChosenOne_
Honestly thank you so much for the channel. It’s the one were i tried the most out of all other cooking channels and 95% of the time I’m just amazed by the results. This is THE channel i recommend for healthy, fitness related and most importantly easy and simple recipes
  • @TheDekorz
I love the tuna sandwich one. So simple. Thanks for this.
  • @lukemcg1199

I just discovered you channel today and I love it! I cant wait to start trying our your recipes. Your beef and broccoli one looks amazing as well as the chicken teriyaki! Also because i prefer savory than sweet (especially for breakfast) I'm glad to see this video!
  • @desodenis
i will def try the last one. i havent eaten any tuna in a while because it gets boring only with salads. the one you made looks great!!
  • @P0d1um
That tuna spread look's amazing, gonna try it tomorrow.
  • I just did the Italian omelette recipe following your cook book. It was very delicious and satisfying to make. Great book!
  • @hurcorh
I made this tuna salad and put it on some sourdough ciabatta. Was pure bliss!
  • Your channel is just amazing. I would instantly buy every cookbook you write.
  • @Sfingle
Those recipes all sound good and I will now try them all, but especially that third one seems pretty unique and intriguing dude. Nice.
  • @Ralelugo
The last recipe would work for two days of breakfast perfectly, or breakfast + afternoon snack. I look for my breakfast not to have more than 400 calories including my morning coffee, so one sandwich would work perfect. Definitely trying that one out.
