We had a rotisserie over a charcoal grill when I was growing up. You had to cover the front with foil, as it didn't come with a lid. Mom used to do chickens 2 at a time, and glaze with pineapple juice mixed with a little mustard. OMG it was so good. She did a small turkey once - best turkey ever!!

I love this woman. She seems so cool and down to earth. I used her recipe for the copycat Starbucks lemon loaf and I really enjoyed it. Love her attitude. Much respects to her husband and family...

Looks amazing! Only 2 things I have changed : add a little cayenne to the honey sauce & line the tray in the grill with foil for easy clean up.
