As peruvian I appreciate you for sharing this beautiful part of our culinary. I should recommended more time marinating, and despite the fact that it might not have so much other ingredients (and I truly understand that there are not all of them over there) it looks amazing. Thank you for sharing!

I bookmarked this recipe waiting for my panca to arrive. I made it yesterday along with the aji verde. It was such a hit. My son said it was the best chicken and sauce I have ever made. He was right.
