Thoroughly mix the following:
- Flour: 360g
- Corn Starch: 1/4 cup (30g)
- Powdered sugar: 1/2 cup (50g)
- Butter: 225g
- Cooking oil: 1/2 (118ml)
Ensure a uniform blend.
Form the dough into cookie shapes. Bake in a preheated oven for 20 min at 185°C (or 365°F).
After baking, allow at least 20 minutes to cool down, before giving them a delightful finish by dipping them in a powdered sugar.
