Mouthwatering crunchy homemade bread sticks, the perfect combination of crispy outside and soft on the inside which leaves taste buds dancing.

In a bowl mix well the following:
- milk (lukewarm): 250ml
- sugar: 1 tbsp
- yeast: 1 tbsp (7g)
- plain yogurt: 1 tbsp
- cooking oil: 60ml
- flour: 700g


Mix until everything is well combined and the dough forms.

Allow the dough to rise for 1h.

Divide it into 10 pieces and let them rest for another 10 minutes.

Shape each piece into sticks and allow them to rise for 20 minutes.

Sprinkle with water.

Bake them in a preheated oven for 10 min at 185°C (or 365°F).

For the salty topping, mix:
- salt: 1 tsp
- flour: 2 tsp
- water: 25 ml

Sprinkle it over the baked breadsticks and bake them for another 5-10 minutes.

Once baked, drizzle the breadsticks with cooking oil.
