Homemade bread made with love. Perfect for Doner, Gyro's, Burger's, Pita, Cheeseburger, Sandwich delights that seem to float on the plate with every bite.

In a bowl mix well the following:
- water (lukewarm): 450ml
- milk (lukewarm): 200ml
- yeast: 7g
- cooking oil: 30ml
- salt: 1 tsp
- flour: 800g


Mix until everything is well combined and the dough forms.

Allow the dough to rise for 90 min.

Divide it into 10 equal portions and let them rest for about 30-45 mins.

Brush the buns with a mixture of:
- plain yogurt: 2 tbsp
- cooking oil: 1 tbsp

Bake the bun-breads in a preheated oven for 20 min at 215°C (or 420°F) until they are baked through (golden brown).
