My Mom cooked potatoes like this all her life! My Favorite DISH ❤️

Boil 5 potatoes and add 1 tsp of salt.
Once cooked, mash the potatoes.
Add the following and mix until everything is well combined:
- Cornstarch: 3 tbps
- shredded cheese: 1 cup
Shape mixture into small balls.
Coat each ball info: flour, beaten eggs and finally breadcrumbs.
Fry the balls until they turn golden brown.
