๐ฑ Vegan CRUNCHY no-fry breaded mushrooms | Quick and easy vegan recipe
With only 10 minutes prep time and approx. 30 minutes in the oven, these mushrooms pair well with everything and you can also serve them with a dipping sauce if you want to use them as a starter or finger food. Once you start, you wonโt be able to stop eating them! Make sure you make plenty of these mushrooms: they are addictive and you can eat as many as you want because they are super crispy but not fried!!! โฆ. And they are simply delicious ๐ So, don't just watch โ get cooking and let the yum magic begin!
INGREDIENTS (for 4 people) ๐
500 grams of oyster mushrooms
150 grams of breadcrumbs
8 tablespoons of EVO oil
3 tablespoons garlic and onion powder
3 tablespoons of parsley
Salt and pepper๐ง
PROCEDURE ๐ด
In the oven at 200ยฐ for 30-40 minutes (until golden brown and nice and crispy).
