  • Hi guys! I used to sleep less than 7 hours and push my body .. but then i realised my productivity has declined i feel irritated every morning .. but now , when i have changed the sleep schedule, i go to bed at 9 PM .. and wake till 5.A.M I am feeling more content 😊 and my productivity has risen .. the same task now feels interesting.

    I am working on a night shift. And I sleep by 4.00AM and wake up by 1PM. Infact I am surprised with the timing . After a regular sleep without any disturbance, my body automatically completes its 9 hours sleep and wakes me up. No alarm, no notification and nothing. Our body is the best notification. When our body says to sleep, have a good sleep and our body knows when to wake you up.
