I am a Malaysian fan of Palki, who is involved in International Finance. The fault is not financial literacy. Even with all the financial education in the world, these indices will remain status quo. The main issue is not literacy, instead, they are the very human greed, the corrupt financial system and the constant evolution of value creation tools.
