I am now 76 and have learned that happiness comes from within. Never rely on others to provide you with happiness because you will be disappointed. Love your news channel.

Interesting thanks. I was unhappy most of my life ( I am now 67yrs old). But I became happy (at about 30yrs old) when I realised that I have one opportunity to Live life so it is worthwhile to let every yesterday be a forgotten past and enjoy every today now and don't make expectations for tomorrow that may make you disappointed.

The happiest years of my life : from to 3 to 10 years old , I was in lebanon ( my country ) under the civil war . I guess back then happiness was living in your country , enjoying your friends , and little things like birthday parties , sunsets , mountain, sea and having all my family around me . and yes hapiness is enjoying the little things while you are breathing . a nice expresso, a full moon , a lunch with a friend , of course enjoying your job is important
  • Happiness is watching a phenomenal journalist report news and valuable information in the way it should be. That is, unbiased and factual. Clear, precise, and evidence-based. Thank you WION and Palki Sharma.

I grew up in a culture where looking for happiness is a vanity. Having migrated to the US, I am learning that a basic human right is "the pursuit of happiness", interesting.
