Okay, that bit where he pretended to be a statue to hide from the guards and it actually worked was hilarious.

You know what. This might just be one of the few animes that have this, "Hero from another world who is overpowered," is actually not watered down and looks super fun to watch.

Some people are confused on how a skeleton can eat, well in the manga it’s explained that his skeleton form is basically a cosmetic change, and is basically just a full body skin-suit that basically replaces his skin. He still has all the basic human stuff beneath the magic bone suit.

I think it’s hilarious that he’s a skeleton whose left eye glows blue. Of course, while it’s not the royal guard, he certainly is excited about being a licensed adventurer. Just a lot of similarities there.

We finally got a RPG gamer enthusiast. Dude came up with some interesting backstory to be a cool character and just loves all aspects of a fantasy world, sure it tones down because he realizes its not a video game but its still fresh. The rest of the gamers act like edgelords everytime its so lame and a dead horse.

It's most interesting that his self consciousness followed him into the game immediately. Despite it just being a video game, and him knowing it's potentially just a dream / unreal, he was still self conscious of his looks.

"And tries not to draw attention" you know damn well he is, the dude is 8ft tall and wears pure white armor with gold marking, and wields a sword big enough to rival the buster sword. Not draw attention my ass!

Man i love how even tho Arc acknowledges that this is a real world, he still treats it like a video game Kills bandits: "Ooooo we got some loot" Kills lord and finds hidden stash "Fuck yeah, kill the boss, get the loot, quest complete, score."

The fact he’s a skeleton with a blue left eye, means he saw an opportunity in character creation, and took it. He’s sans.

This one was a very good anime and it's funny that I found it after seeing all of the overlord anime that was out at that time. Overlord is also a guy that looks the same but is a mage... Also a very good one to look for
