He doesnt have lvl999 abilty, he has basicaly Godess lvl powers from the cheat that is soul reincarnation. He can seperate his soul from his body while consentrating, then reenter his own body thus doubling his power. Bc he does this multiple times subcontiously. He becomes insanely OP

This one really needs a season two. The series is actually really dark, but the beginning covers a lot of stuff up with comedy.

Actually the reason he’s so strong was first because his parents were from the fantasy world he was in now and they were pretty capable too. Add on to that earth was a very harsh environment for magic users and suppressed the use of magic abilities so his magic, I guess you could say, circulatory system became over developed coupled with his archery practice improving him mentally. This all added together to make him really powerful in the other world but causing him to unknowingly have insanely high level-up requirements thus creating an all powerful rookie so to speak. The goddess didn’t give him crap except languages and the god from his world gave him his Kai abilities.

Any plot that I hear is just like "it was a overwordly god" but then the main character absolutely obliterates it "and then it turned into an anime waifu"

started this anime at 2pm, finished it around 6pm. it was really good, i liked it a lot

I don't think he actually is level one, I just think he hasn't been measured properly. Every time he's holding the measurement scrolls, he has all his garb on to keep his power downed.

Can't wait to see for season 2! Great animation to watch.

i watched this anime last night because of this recap and watched it all in one sitting, its an amazing anime so keep up your videos because theyre all I find my animes on! I love your vids, thanks and I hope youre doing well.

Honestly I think this is the best way to watch anime. Saves me time, I still get to watch an interesting story, etc... it could only be improved if you maybe just let any good fight scenes play out.

For the impatients, i urge you to consider reading the light novel. 398 (fat) chapters so far (?), i'm at 308 and oooh boy the story is good. I can't wait for the new manga volumes to come out, new anime season as well. A bit sad it's not as thorough as the LN but it's common and understandable. This is one of my favorites in the last .. 10 years, seriously.
