For the vegan fried chicken I would add some Organic Poultry Seasoning , and yes there are vegan brands of poultry seasonings, to further authenticate the taste of fried chicken, especially for those like myself who are transitioning into a vegan lifestyle. Other than that it’s a Great recipe! 👍🏼

The faux gras turned out amazing ❤️ I tried it a while ago before going on vacation. Tasted really good. I just needed to process it longer so it’d get smoother because there were still a few small nut chunks.

My husband and I made the fried "chickn" and it was delicious! My husband brought some in for his co-workers who always say that they could never go vegan, and they all loved it. Our Thanksgiving last year involved a few Bosh recipes. We will be making some of these in the video next.
