For the vegan fried chicken I would add some Organic Poultry Seasoning , and yes there are vegan brands of poultry seasonings, to further authenticate the taste of fried chicken, especially for those like myself who are transitioning into a vegan lifestyle. Other than that it’s a Great recipe! 👍🏼

For those non-vegans who keep commenting about why vegans want to eat mock meats if they don't like meat. It's not because we don't like the taste of meat it's because we want the same flavours we miss growing up WITHOUT THE CRUELTY involved! Very simple. Same flavours and no sentient being had to die or be horribly tortured.

My husband and I made the fried "chickn" and it was delicious! My husband brought some in for his co-workers who always say that they could never go vegan, and they all loved it. Our Thanksgiving last year involved a few Bosh recipes. We will be making some of these in the video next.
