How to make FRIED CABBAGE AND BACON / With Carrots ❤

FRIED CABBAGE WITH BACON is not only delicious but it's easy to do, it can be eaten as a main meal or as a side dish and is sure to please. It can be shredded or cut into big pieces and made stove top or oven baked, you can use the bacon grease or butter and can also leave the bacon out and substitute it with a meat substitute for non meat eaters. it is an inexpensive dish that many people don't think of preparing, but once it's served it is hard to put down.

INGREDIENTS
1/2 medium to large cabbage
5 slices thick cut bacon
1/2 large onion (chopped)
2 green onions (white and green)
2 medium carrots (diced)
2 large garlic cloves (minced)
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 - 1/2 C. water
1/2 tsp salt
lemon pepper (to your liking)
pepper flakes (optional to your liking)

    Oh, I'm going to be making this. I've been searching for a fried cabbage recipe for awhile, and many of them look good, but this one looks absolutely delicious. I especially love how you cut the cabbage into chunks versus shredding. And the added carrot? YUM! Thank you for sharing. :)
