  • I made this and OMG this was sooooo good. I was eating it out of the pan before my cornbread was done baking. Tammy is right you can eat this all by itself.
  • My Mom was a Southern Belle, who could shame everyone who dared to compare their cooking against hers. Growing up, all my friends pleaded to come spend the weekend at my house just so they could pig out on her cooking. I'm 56, and sadly my Mom passed away 3 years ago from Alzheimer's. To this day, there are a very few people who could cook as well as my Mom. You Mrs Tammy, have the honor of now being in that very small group of people whose cooking is as good as my Mom's. Your fried cabbage brought back fond memories from when I was a kid in South Carolina on my Grandma's farm. We'd have fried cabbage with homemade smoked sausage, and honey cornbread with bacon bits, and cheese grits. Thanks for sharing and I look forward to more videos and good Southern cooking from you. 😍😁😘

A skillet full of this, a pan full of cornbread, and a cooler full of beer......Heaven on Earth on a Sunday afternoon!
  • I made this for dinner tonight. My family gave it two thumbs up! Delicious. I used turkey bacon and turkey sausage to lower fat and calories. Yum yum.

I made this and it was delicious ! I'm back here to get the recipe again. And try not to loose it again. I was so glad to see this pop up on my you tube feed again. Yummy
  • I cooked this last night.....and it was delicious! I let my cornbread run a track around the bowl to finish it off. Don't judge me y'all...lol
  • My husband made this last night and it was amazing, he wouldn’t tell me how he did it until went straight FBI mode and checked his YouTube history. He followed ever step and nailed it, thank you so much. He never cooks

I just wanted to say thank you. I appreciate how you go through all of the steps and that you didn't drain that holy grease from the bacon and sausage! I love your upbeat attitude! Again, thank you!

I made this for my mom on Mother's Day and she absolutely loved it!! Now, my husband wants me to make it for him because he had a small bite for a taste test. My family was sneaking bites in when my mom had her first plate of it! I can't wait to make it again! Thank you for this recipe and so many more!! 🫶🏾💕

I feel so lucky to have happened across this post. Chef Tammy not only shows something terrific to cook, she shows HOW to cook, one clean, clear step at a time. Such a pleasure.

  • We’ve been making this since I was born 1965. It’s nice to see that the recipes stayed the same. It is good 👍

My grandmother used to make this. She was from the north --- of Poland! Kapusta and kielbasa - soul food around the world.

I'm a white widower and I've been cooking since I was a kid. Every day I'm so thankful that my mother and grandmother made all of the kids get in the kitchen and help with the cooking. Over the years I learned how to cook. I can cook anything. When I got married to my late wife, I had to teach her how to cook because her mother never taught her. This recipe is awesome. I've made it for years and it's always a hit. Good to see someone else make this same recipe the way I do 👍👍. Keep up the great cooking 👏👏👍👍
  • I made this and my family loved it can you make stuffed cabbage next 🥰
