Do you have a recipe to share on your glazed carrots? This looks absolutely DEEELICIOUS!!!
  • Rachel, I love that you make everything so clear, so low pressure, and (where appropriate) so flexible. What I love most is that you are kind, and you never talk down to your viewers. You are so patient. You don't use fancy culinary terms and you don't stick up your nose at foods that aren't "gourmet." I'm much older than you are, so I've been cooking much longer than you have, but, although I've only viewed a few of your videos, so far, I have already learned many valuable little tricks and tips from you. Thank you so much!
  • I made this yesterday for lunch for a very picky eater who dislikes mushrooms and large slices of onions. They loved it and asked when I would make it again, the steaks were perfectly tender without falling apart, with wonderful flavor. I served the steaks with carrots and green beans. Next time I might serve it with a little bit of mashed potatoes because the picky eater loves mashed potatoes and gravy. I will still serve the other two vegetables with it. This seems like a recipe that can be made and then frozen in single servings to be reheated by someone who is disabled and unable to fix complete meals for themselves. So far, every Rachel recipe that I have tried has been a great success among the picky eaters!
  • Sorry I'm 4 months behind on your recipes,But I'm addicted to looking at all of them..lol Great recipes!!!

Rachel, I swear I have your Salsbury steak on serious rotation! I have made at least 6 batches over the last few months (3lbs at a time) with like 12 or 13 steaks in a bunch and I put them in the freezer for our house and as gifts for friends! We all love them. I also added the chicken and beef Knorr to my cupboard as I always only had the better than brand. We all just love you and your recipes and way of cooking! :face-red-heart-shape:
  • I love Salisbury Steak. I add finely, uniformly diced, green, red and yellow bell peppers. I love Better than Bouillon and use the beef flavored. I was afraid of this recipe for years because I didn't want it to taste like a tv dinner. Well, it doesn't. It is homemade goodness and hearty. Thank you for your videos. I will be trying all of your Mexican dishes, especially the flour and corn tortillas. You explain so thoroughly and clearly. Happy Valentine's Day to you and your Ron. 🌷❤🌼💗🌺❤🌹

Hi Rachel! I love how you cook with the flat wooden spatulas. I've never seen them used till now, and I'm 67! It's like they make cooking easier every time. I have to get some. My daughter adores Salisbury steak and now I can make your delicious recipe for her 😋. Thank you so very much and stay blessed and happy, you and your Ron🌹 💜💞💜

Rachel, my husband (BTW is also named Ron 🙂) is a very picky eater. BUT when I tell him the new dish I’ve made is from you, he doesn’t hesitate to eat or ask what’s in it. Haahaahaa. Thank you so much for sharing your culinary talents with us. You have made cooking enjoyable again for me. 😊 Your fan from East Texas. Oh, as a side note: because of you I received a cast iron skillet for Christmas and wear aprons when I cook/bake now.
  • I like your videos because you cook more like me- No nonsense and with simple steps! I've watched four videos on this to see if they are like mine, and you're spot on! I think it's because we're both Westerners. People tend to like the food they're familiar with. Thanks.
