    What's going on with Terapagos?
  • @twistedjake_
I wouldn’t be surprised if we find out what Terapagos is before the home update happens at this point 😂😅
  • @Mojavekight17
With the types on his back, his ability might allow him change types

Terapagoes is most likely connected like Zygarde this Crystal Turtle will most likely be another Arceus Like Pokemon which it can Switch types.
  • @Mojavekight17
What if: the turtle terrastalizes and gets a new form and this form gets stab with whatever type of attack it uses plus the terra bonus

I hope the Scarlet/Violet Book illustration of Terapagos is seen in game. It would also be cool if the depictions of Iron Leaves and Walking Wake in the Scarlet/Violet Book turned out to be their Tera Formes as well.
  • I also think that Terapagos is going to be an Arceus Like Pokémon, but to make it more unique, maybe it specificity would make it terastalize in any type by the player choice IN battle, kinda like how jugement is with the Legend Plate and Arceus That would make it absolutely horrifying to battle, and it would be a pain to transfer it ability to next generations that would not include Terastalization, but at least it would make a Legendary that's actually Legendary by definition, since Miraidon and Koraidon are technically just stronger Paradox Pokemons

I personally believe it'll have the equivalent of protein before the nerf. Protein before the nerf would probably have been overpowered in the current format. Just imagine changing to any type and then having a one time type change. Considering your moveset has 4 different types and then terrastlasation. You'll functionally have 5 different types on a single mon.

And if Terapagos can terastalize into any of the 18 types, it would be undefeatable, having a base stat total of 10009
  • I’m thinking a Dragon/fairy type with a new unique terrain ability that covers the field in Tera energy and as long as its active you can terastallize more than once in battle and out of battle you don’t have to go to tera dens or centers to recharge the Tera orb 🤷🏻‍♂️

I want terrapagos to be typless with an ability that gives it stab on every type attack
  • My own personal theory is this: Protean and Libero took a massive nerf in this generation. Why would they change something so drastically unless they were preparing to introduce a new ability with the old effects of the now nerfed ones? And yes, I know that abilities have been changed before like Mimikyu’s Disguise. So, I’m more than willing to concede that this isn’t the greatest theory. But Greninja was broken for Gens 6, 7, and 8. Why wait until now? Unless a new legendary with type changing abilities is being added? Also, Pokemon has given us so many options for the baby Terapagos. Could it be like Phione? Carbink? The Zygarde cores? Cosmog? Poiple? Etc etc etc. So many options. And honestly, I’m not sure if they’ll go down any of those routes. Maybe they have more ideas in the tank? Who knows? Nobody but my uncle that works at Game Freak 🤪 Lol But yeah, there’s definitely so many directions that this could take if they wanted to. Only time will tell.

I see a new poke ball make we get new types also from what the new cartoon is showing.
  • People need to stop having so delusionnal expectation First the south of Kalos (yes we didn't have Pokémon Z get over it) and now a new type ? Not to be the party pooper but do these people know the ins and outs of the games ? You mean to tell me that people seriously believe that the DLC was about a whole new region, for a game that took more than a year to develop and still looked so unpolished ? Also a new type when the games did that only when they judged it necessary to balance the strategic part of it ? Im not against people being optimistic, but this is just setting yourself up for disappointment, sure that would make the higher price tag fully understandable to have something as big as south Kalos or a meta changing type, but just by looking at the near past of the franchise, we all know this DLC isn't one to be revolutionary, just satisfying at best, so maybe don't share the same theories than the one you had in fifth grade people ? Also nice vid, didn't had the chance to say it i just vented all my problems with the pokémon community 😂
  • Is it only me or scarlet and violet seems disappointing the more we look at it 🤔. Legends arceus was way better
