What Will Pokémon Legends: Johto Look Like?

What would you want in a Pokemon Legends game set in Johto?

I definitely feel like Legends Johto will be a continuation of Legends Arceus since Sinnoh and Johto are very closely connected not only location wise but also lore wise as well

Legends Celebi would be a best case scenario! Origins for the Burnt Tower, Ruins of Alph & possibly the Sinjoh Ruins would be spectacular!

I want Ho-oh,Lugia, and Celebi together in the Johto game 2024❤

God i hope we get a Legends Johto. Gen 2 was my favorite, so returning to that region in any form would be great.

Fully agree with you. Gamefreak loves pulling a surprise out the hat on us. Gen 5 references were far too obvious in the S/V DLC.

I like the idea of a Legends Johto game continuing Legends Arceus story, new Pokemon native to the Johto region and new forms connected to Hisuian forms and exploring the history of people of Johto migrating to other Pokemon regions such as Sinnoh.

It's probably a far fetched dream considering Game Freak's track record but I hope one day we can get a truly open world Pokémon game at the quality level of Breath of The Wild.

Personally ive become convinced a johto game is next, I think gen 5 remakes are coming in gen 10 and a legends game would be a perfect last game before the next switch comes out

Legends arceus was the first Pokémon game since OG Gold/Silver where I wanted to explore everything and see every Pokémon. I put a lot of hours into it. Extremely fun to shiny hunt too.

I'd rather have a map map than a time map for Pokémon :D I wanna know how the world looks and how close certain regions are and if Kalos is next to Paldea like France is next to Spain in our world.

My ideas for the Pokemon legends celebi: 1. traveling fron johto to kanto like the OG GS 2, the history of the old tin before becoming the burnt tower 3. the origin of the legendary beast on what they really look like before ho-oh help them 4. Ho-oh and lugia having new forms 5. variant forms, convergent forms, and long forgotten evolutions to pokemon like the PLA 6. how the gs ball came to be 7. having your pokemon follow you around like HGSS did 8. the beginning of team rockets history in the past 9. the three starter pokemon from other regions like the PLA

There weren't actually that many Johto Pokemon in the Kitakami Dex though. I mean, we have Wooper line, Yanma, Spinarak line as the first three in the dex. After that, we have Sentret and Hoothoot lines. Aipom is a version exclusive. We have Swinub and Piloswine after that. Then Slugma, Gligar, Politoed and Cleffa. But thats it really, since Heracross, Houndour line, Sudowoodo, Sneasel, Dunsparce, Stantler don't really count, since they aren't actually Kitakami exclusive and appear in Paldea as well. However, thats besides the point If we get legends Johto, the main legendary/mythical is most likely Mew. Ho-Oh and Lugia would most likely get alternate forms. We would see ancestors of Lance and Clair, Eusine and Elm and possibly even gym leader Norman (Since he is a Johto native). With characters introduced in Blueberry, Crispin/Amarys ancestor might be from the Legends Johto game, since they don't seem to be related to a Unova character and that is a nice way to tie Blueberry in with a Legends Johto game.

I would like it to be a sequel to Legends. You are told about some catastrophe in Johto and are sent there to help them like you did Hasui. They could come up with a reason you leave your pokemon behind. I also hope they do both Johto and Unova this gen. That's 2 more years of gen 9 and 3 more years for them to work on gen 10 and they really need to take their time

I feel it would be really interesting to see the 3 original beasts before the tower is burnt. It would be so interesting to have Kanto completely unfinished, and just a huge landmass with some places built & have the bird trio in the game. Celebi being the time travel being. But starters being Umbreon & Espeon or 3 different starters. I feel exploring the old tower with Ho Oh, & Lugia roaming, the ruins being fleshed out more. Mt Silver being accessible early on. The generation 2 pokemon being more easily accessible. Then maybe Kanto establishing some areas but alot of the areas that are complete relate to legends. Cause Johto is really small.
