Martha Stewart, an American treasure! I use Fontina cheese also so I was really touched that Martha uses this same cheese. It is delicious! This video is one of the best instructional videos for French Onion soup.

This recipe and instructional demonstration with Martha is one of the best versions of traditional onion soup I’ve ever made & tasted. The three cheeses, the caramelized onions and taste of the broth is elegant and delightful.
