Working from Home. Amazing 2 minute lower back exercise.

Try this simple 2 minute exercise. This exercise is used in Martial Arts. If you can do it at least 3 times per week, your lower back will thank you for it.

Drink approx 1/2 litre of water 30 minutes before doing this exercise. This will allow your body to rehydrate and also gives sufficient time so you don't vomit the fluid back up.

Listen to the instructions.

Always ensure when exercising you are hydrated, the area is risk-free and ventilated and you are not injured or feeling unwell.

Being dehydrated can be a cause of lower back pain when sitting for long periods.
