  • I think this sport has a great potential of becoming the best sport if we add a few politician in the field.
  • @realeques
21:00 i like how he responds to his own "does he like it?" with "does he LIKE it? It's absolutely HUGE!" haha

7:29 "Is it about to get even better?" "Nope." I can hear a massive disappointment from his tone.
  • I always get scared to the guys measuring the javelin, they are too close.
  • I love the chill of the Kenyan coach. He just expected his guy to win.
  • @SuperGranddj
The real mvps are the guys measuring the distance, they’re less than 2 yards from where that thing lands like it’s nothing

Learned the basics from YouTube and eventually became a gold medalist with one of the farthest throws ever... If people have opportunities, they can be so great.

Youtube recommended women‘s pole vault, long jump and triple jump. I met there other men of culture in the comment section and now I ended up here? Men‘s javelin???

This has to be oldest pure sport originating in ancient warfare. Beautiful technique. Looks so cool when they wind and after throw end up on ground at terminal end of throw. Yt javelin thrower is bloody amazing. Amazing African athletes take top medals in javelin. I never expected that and love the unexpected. Congratulations, Africa and YouTube.

You have to appreciate what it took for this man to get where he is/was. A world champ from a country that has much less facilities for his chosen event than the average sporting facilities at a small school in Mobile Texas. Quite phenomenal.
