My teacher taught me this sport 12 years ago, it's really complicated a false move in your arm and you could injure your muscles. I really admire the people who practice this sport. 👏😊

Crazy to think how much technique has changed since 2009. Just considering the amount of gliders present compared to just strol now. And the rotational technique of all the American throwers is wildly different than what you see today.
