I believe the creator stated Ramshackle doesn't take place in a certain time period, rather using a mash-up of various vintage aesthetics to create the town of Ramshackle

its probably 1950s, after the war and economic growth many americans started to go back to what culture was like in the 1920s, the cultures are pretty similar when u look at them
