If you tear the soft bread one by one,
Full of garlic flavor, full of mozzarella cheese, it's really delicious.
The cheese is hidden in the bread, so the cheese does not harden well.


*** Weighing is scale (g), rice spoon (Tbsp), teaspoon (tsp) (not measuring spoon)

[Serves 4]
[Frame size: 22cm wide, 10cm long, 9.5cm high]
✤ Bread dough
- 300g Bread flour
- 140ml Warm milk
- 6g (1Tbsp) Instant dry yeast
- 15g (1.5Tbsp) Sugar
- 58g, 1 Room temperature egg
- 5g (1.5tsp) Salt
- 20g (1Tbsp) Room temperature unsalted butter
- 40g (2Tbsp) Room temperature cream cheese

✤ Garlic Sauce
- 70g Room temperature unsalted butter
- 36g(2Tbsp) Ground garlic
- 16g (1Tbsp) Honey (can be sugar)
- 1g (1Tbsp) Parsley

✤ Toppings
- 140g Mozzarella cheese

✤ Before Baking
- Room temperature egg water

✤ After baking
- 10g (1Tbsp) Melted butter
- Parsley

✤ TIP
- Do not add milk all at once, but add it while watching the state of the dough.
(The amount of milk varies depending on the humidity of the kneading day or the type of flour)
- If your oven does not have a fermentation function, put a bowl of dough in warm water to ferment it (about human body temperature).
- Eggs can be replaced with milk.

  • When I started watching the video I just assumed it was a loaf of bread that had slits cut into it and the cheese and butter inserted in them, but stacking the squares of uncooked dough into a loaf pan like that is absolutely brilliant. This is another one of your recipes that I can't wait to make and will have to try this today!

    I just made it, and since I have no loaf pan, I baked it in a bundt pan and doubled the recipe and used salted butter instead of unsalted. Dangerously good.

  • I made this recipe and it was really good. For my personal liking, next time I will add salted butter instead of unsalted butter as I feel it lacked a bit of salt. IMPORTANT!!! Let the bread cool off in the pan before flipping over. I did it as soon as I took it out of the oven and the whole thing went flat with the weight of the cheese. Even though the bread flattened, it was very good and the texture was perfect! Thank you for the video!!!
  • Just made this!! It was so delicious and fluffy. Although I recommend using salted butter instead of unsalted. Someone recommended making a marinara sauce with it and I think it would be also!

    I've been on youtube for 14 or so years watching various recipes and techniques. This is probably the second time I've actually followed a recipe instead of just chefing it up after amalgamating a handful of different takes. I followed your recipe using a korean bread flour that I typically use to make noodles. The differences I noted were that my dough was not as messy and squishy. It was also considerably more sticky for the final stage, which complicated the stacking a little. Ultimately, the bread part of the recipe came out amazing. Legitimate Recipe. Perfectly followable directions. Thank you.
