What was the initial reason for the officer to make contact? It didn't look like he had on his emergency lights. Some more information than what yhall gave would be helpful for the viewers who are watching the video to determine rather or not it was controversial or not. So the cops can open your door and pull you out your car? How bizarre... if no crime has been committed he has no right to touch her....
