I believe the person driving the car passed out....There should have been concrete barrier posts installed at the beach boundary...and multiple rows of those if that's a highway....This should not have happened to begin with

For those that dont understand car racing, Nascar, started here. This is one of the most famous beaches in the world to drive on. You are legally allowed to drive on the beach.

5 people were in the car. The driver and a 13-year-old were treated and released, but the 39-year-old woman died at Halifax Health hospital Tuesday. Two other children, 10 and 12-year-old boys, were flown to Arnold Palmer in Orlando. The 12-year-old died Tuesday night.

Now the city council will not allow vehicles on the beach ever again....killing innocents will not be allowed in our district...
