  • Ahh, that's beautiful son. Job well done. Nuttin' like tasty vittles. Makes the palate happy. Happy Indeed. The good Lord is gracious and kind always. He has lifted you up and carried you through once again. Awesome. He is awesome. There's no end to what we have to be grateful for. He's just kind like that. Many more Blessings to you and your wife. You two make a lot of hearts rest easy, eat well, repent well, and sleep well. You may not realize it, but you putting your hand to every good work pays great dividends...far and wide, peoples lives are positively affected, here, and hereafter. You did that. Thank you.
  • That chicken looks delicious. Cool that you showed the blooper but at the same time you showed how you could improvise and correct it. That shows that you are exceptional at what you do

My GE microwave from 2005 finally crapped out. At first youtube.com/post/UgkxO_Bc204MGjxDl87cOKcdgaRhzSqGm… I was unsure because I was looking for something with the exact same features. Found it with this one. Interior space cavity was large, but the outside was smaller than my old one. I love the one-button push for 1-6 minutes, and the 30 second add or 30 second start. and MOST IMPORTANTLY, I love how you can adjust the power level during cooking. The reviews said it could not be done, but this marked all the other boxes. and happy to say, it does. I can hit 1 minute start, and change the power level from 10 to 5, 30 seconds in, without interruption. my favorite feature!

Your are a great man , letting the pooches have a bite first. The love you have for the dogs is like a star shouting in the night time sky. And as a side note the food looks delicious also.
  • I don't believe I have ever seen the pups so eager to get a bite of this dish. Thank you, Kent!
  • Im an old Southern fella and when a watch Kent, Shannon and the four-legged people, it just takes me home to a time when Mom had the most wonderful smells in our kitchen . The old wood- farred Queen Ann was cherry red and all us kids done with chores and washed up. Dad would come in and it was Sunday or Saturday in the South. We didn't have much but we never lacked for anything. Thank you Guys for great memories and great foods

You can't beat a juicy chicken! Greetings from the netherlands 🇳🇱🌷
  • I did a WTH as you were basting the chicken. The bloopers told why. Fodder! Love those Pups!
  • I'm going to try this recipe with Cornish Hens. I'm just cooking for myself. A little trick if you don't have twine or fencing wire is to cut a slit on each side between the thigh and butt flap. then tuck each leg into the opposite side slit. It also helps hold the butt flap up.
  • @angrychef
I brine my chicken and pat it dry before baking. I can't wait for your new book, cowboy. I am getting one for my father and one for myself. Keep healing up and be well.
  • Hey, Kent. Hope you are back in the saddle, whoopin and spurring like 20 years ago. Our best to Shan and the pups, also. Larry from Amarillo
  • There's this weekend's treat! My family says THANK YOU! God Bless Mr. Rollins!
  • I haven't been disappointed by a Cowboy Kent Rollins recipe yet, he knows exactly how to put the flavor in a meal!
  • @Avacarho
Yum! This recipe is a little similar to the air fryer roast chicken recipe I love. I’m going to have to try your recipe in my ceramic coated Dutch oven, Kent. Lots of love & hugs from Dayton, Ohio.
  • This is my favorite chicken. My wife and I make it like this. We normally use our convection. Run it at 350 for 35 minutes on the halfs. Kick it the rest of the way in the cast iron. I never rinse chicken. Always brine em. Torch on the pins for the win. I fry my steaks too, get a better sear and crust, no steam.Beautiful set here.🐸🍺🔪🔥
