I was diagnosed with Fuch's eye disease, right eye, over 3 years ago. I eat a 1/2 cup of blueberries with cooked mother's oats everyday for breakfast. When I had my yearly eye exam end of 2023, my opthalmologist was amazed that she could barely detect the disease in my right eye! When I heard that, I immediately thought, it's the blueberries 👏👏👏👏

I have started blueberries and pineapple smoothies with some spinach and noticing the difference ❤ i also started using some castor oil around the eyes before bed and its very soothing to the eyes

I was going to make a blueberry pie. Put the blueberries in the big strainer which fits across my sink, rinsed them through and left them to dry, occasionally mixing them up to speed up the process...except I took a handful (had to make sure they were fresh), then another handful, and another. They were so delicious I couldn't stop. I ended up with just enough to make blueberry muffins with. I absolutely love blueberries 😋

Who on earth would pair blueberries with spinach.
-
Dark greens like kale and spinach, are LOADED WITH OXALATES! NASTY.
-
I stopped eating completely longtime ago.
-
The oxalates in spinach offset the benefits

My parents used to take me out to pick them in our local woods and there were hundreds of them. I picked then ate my fill my mom made pies all the time with these blueberries. Now I just eat them in my salads or smoothies or just by themselves they are a great fruit

Why Is It Not On The Labels😳😳😳 -
My smoothies have always contained blueberries, flaxseeds, chia seeds, kale or spinach, or broccoli sprouts, and cacao powder (which does have a small amount of caffeine). I guess my intuition was okay, but really, those adversarial foods are not good for you with anything -- sugar, processed foods, or too much caffeine.

Thank you.

I love blueberries but they have now been so genetically modified to be full of sugar. Wild blueberries and small ones will be less harmful.

Great informative video. One question; what about blueberries and pure maple syrup?
-
What blue berries with high fiber cereal (Like POST Shreded Wheat or Fiber 1 crunchy) these 2 cereals have very low sugar. I figured the blue berries would sweeten the cereal up and add at least some nutrients. I also use Almond Silk no sugar milk with my cereal; since many people don't think about it but regular milk is full of tons of sugar. Thanks for the tip about blue berries with kale/spinnach....

Those seeds work best when they’re cooked I eat sprouted oats with Chia, flax and hemp hearts. I poured over blueberries and a little bit of maple syrup once it’s cooked for eight minutes I soak the seeds in water first for about 20 minutes because they expand then I mix them in with the sprouted oats organic of course and that’s my breakfast.
