I know as you get older these little jobs get harder but I think Texas James is going to laugh his head off when you compare his days work to yours 😁😁

i would start collecting water from the rain. redirect water from your roof and start collecting them whenever rainy season comes.
  • It was on average 4 degrees C higher in 2024 than the two previous years in my province. Affecting the farm workers and crops negatively.
  • Soon will be the rainy season, Greg 🤞🌧 I know that we're grateful for the rain we've been getting, here on Luzon. Get those projects completed before then!

When an area experiences fires and then heavy rains, there’s a danger of mudslides. If the dry season continues to be dry every year this could become an issue. The locals might also have to start doing preventative fire maintenance every year to prevent the large wild fires like the ones that we were having in California the past few years. Cutting grass, removing dead trees, doing maintenance on vegetation near your house, etc…

Glad to see you got at least a little rain, and hopefully it will keep getting a little, especially at night. Glad to see you’re getting some projects done. Later 😊

FYI, I guess you know already, but just n case, you supposed to wet the concrete every few hours when it's this hot outside, otherwise it is going to crack.

Several weeks ago Angie and I experienced not one, but TWO wild fires on our lot. The second one almost burned down our bunkhouse! We need more RAIN 😢

Wish I could send some rain from Indiana, been a wet spring and having to mow grass every few days. Hope you continue to get rain and get things greened up again. Enjoying all your updates and information you provide, still hoping to get over there in the next year and enjoy my retirement away from all the nonsense going on here! Take care!

Seems like you only need to add 1 more valve, if you reuse the one you have on that drain line. Like the ball valves better myself. Am guessing the goats in the area are gonna be happy after that rain..lol.. That rain was good for your neighbors build, it should help with compaction on their site. Thanks for the update, Wilma and Greg...Jim
