  • I would turn the restaurant into rental rooms for sure. Much easier to make money, and zero overhead except utilities.
  • I have seen many of these high end places sit on the market for extended periods of time while her family moves in and runs them to the ground as the expat returns home with only his SS and faded memories. Overpriced by $100k.

I wish the guy a lot of luck selling it. He's going to need it.

No foreigner going to buy that at 325k dollars. When a foreigner wants to retire not going to invest that kind of cash. Too much maintenance.

If you come to the Philippines RENT for a few years and get to know the area and price.. It is easy to buy here but very difficult to sell.
  • Expats sometimes build these great houses and put a lot of money into them. A problem comes in selling them as there is a small market for places in those price ranges. I have seem absolutely beautiful homes on the market for years.

19 million pesos you will never get back, unless you can get another foreigner to buy it for some reason.

Too expensive for a 2 bd 2 bath in Philippines 🇵🇭 don’t get me wrong it’s beautiful and his attention to detail is amazing 👏🏻 but just a little over priced

My wife has a small house in central Thailand built on property her sister owns. A foreigner cannot buy land in Thailand. I am concidering buying the land to give us better control of the situation. Here is a golden nugget for all of you expats and future expats... I will only buy that land if she signs an iron clad 40 year lease to me. Think about!

It's a beautiful property. Good luck to Kent and his wife, Liza in getting a good price for it.
  • Yikes. The design of this house is something else. Sorry never seen such a mish mash. Color scheme? Is there one? Who chose these colors?
  • @dickyhoey
Hope he gets better. Let’s pray for him.

06:55 Master's bedroom has an exterior door with no balcony and no stairs! This guy is two moves ahead. Perfect get away for a young girl in case wify arrives home unexpectedly.

The interior color combination s are pretty diabolical
