It’s a blessing that I found your channel. What a fantastic human being you are…one of the very few doctors I won’t mind visiting 🤣🤣🥰. And yes I recently started again to follow this timing n whatever you spoke about absolutely makes sense ..it’s very difficult to make people around us understand the importance of having the meals on proper time. Thank you 🙏🏻 for emphasising on last meal before sunset, because not many people talk about it. Love the way you teach about healthy lifestyle changes ❤More power to you🙌
  • Doctor - Vignesh Mohan, your classmate,is my client. Im an Insulin dependent diabetic and have started taking dinner at 630 PM from 4th Sep . Phenomenal results.Reduced insulin from 64 to 19 units per day. Reduced tablets by 50%. HbA1C reduced from 9 to 8.5. I'm sure it will become normal by Mar 24

Thank you so much Dr. Pal. I have been doing intermittent fasting for over a year but I was always eating my last meal late as I work late, but now I will try to eat my last meal at seven. I hope this will help to shave off those last few pounds that are so stubborn to lose.

Even as an young Orthopedician, it was very difficult to convince me for healthy food habits at my age. But this video is an eye opener. Thanks Dr. Pal. And your videos are pleasant to watch.
  • Dr.Pal you are the best!!! You make me smile and laugh the way you put yourself over..... and you know what it makes you listen and dont feel lectured. Not only that ....but more importantly you are speaking from a place of personal experience and there is nothing better than that when you are faced with a problem!! I prefer someone who has been there and can admit that it is challenging. Thank you!❤😊

I wanted to find a better lifestyle for the body so that in long-run I don't become a diabetic like my parents or suffer from knee pain like my mil. And your suggestion, sunrise to sunset sounds something I can do, so want to give a try. And hats off to you for reminding all of us watching the videos to be healthy & alive for the sake of our kids, one can't emphasize in a more loving & caring way than you!
