1 POTATO! They're so delicious that I make them for dinner every weekend. No oven

Ingredients and recipe:
1 potato (200g)
Dice the potato
Place in a pot
Water
Cook for 15 minutes on medium-high heat
Drain the water
Mash the potatoes
1 onion
Slice the onion
50g carrot
Shred the carrot
Medium heat
Olive oil
Cook for 2 minutes
Add the carrot
Cook for 3-5 minutes
Add to the mashed potato
Mix well
1 egg
2tbsp flour
30g parmesan cheese
10g parsley
Salt
Black pepper
Paprika
Mix well
A bit of oil
Scoop some potato and shape it into a ball
Coat in bread crumbs
Medium heat
Vegetable oil
Place the patties in the pan
Fry for 3-5 minutes
300g cucumber
Thinly slice the cucumber
1tsp salt
Let sit for at least 10 minutes
Flip over and fry for another 3 minutes
Done!
2tbsp sour cream and 1tbsp mayonnaise
8g dill and 2 cloves of garlic
Mix well
After 10 minutes
Squeeze out the exceed liquid
1tbsp soy sauce
1/2tsp rice vinegar
1/2tsp white sugar
1/2tsp sesame oil
A pinch of salt
Mix well
Dice some ginger
1tsp ginger
1tbsp white sesame seeds
Roast for 3-5 minutes on low heat
Add to the cucumbers
Mix well
So crispy and delicious!
Super delicious with the sauce and cucumber salad!

You can make these in so many different ways. I love to try different peoples recipes. I like to make them with green minced onions ,minced jalapeño and shrimp. Of course garlic.. can’t miss that. It’s always good when you make them in the winter season. Remember potato patties recipes and flavors will change according to what you are accustomed to. 😋

I do the same thing only I grate zucchini, then add egg and breadcrumbs pattern together and fry them in a pan either with oil or without how I got my kids to eat zucchini when they were young I love it

We always made potato pancakes from mashed potatoes left over from Sunday dinners. Never as good as these, however. Yum! Must try. The cucumber salad looked delicious too.
