In our intermittent fasting method, we worship insulin. Anything we do to decrease the workload of insulin, we will reach our goals faster. Not eating after sunset gives the rest that Insulin needs so that it can work 100% for us the next day.

Similarly, during our eating window, if we can eat low carb diet as much as possible, Insulin will like that as well. This doesn't mean that we should not eat our staple foods in certain culture like rice, noodles, dosa, idli. We can be a bit smart about it by how to mix these foods with other foods so that we can decrease the sugar spike which in turn decreases the insulin spike which is an indirect way to give rest to Insulin and make it work better to lose fat.

    I remember my grand pa used to eatleft over rice put in water and adding green chillies onion and butter Milk Curryleaves crushed Before going to his rice paddy he particularly asked for this food for the breakfast. I never knew the health benefit thank you doctor .and our ancestors Were so knowledgeable 🙏🙏
