  • thank you so much for your work, i was a smoker for ten years and this videos saved my life, ive been clean for 13 months now and never going back.
  • 2 months without smoke. Occasionally the desire comes but it is not so strong anymore. As long as i don't take a puff, i am safe. The secret is, keep away from cigarettes. No puffing even for a puff.

  • Ten months without a cigarette, then a really stressful, frightening week and I just had to smoke again. Need to put everything behind me and start again now.

  • Came at a time we’re on back at school again and am surrounded by nicotine. I quit 6 months ago but struggle with puffing every once in a while which can be super dangerous. Tysm for this!
