2 months without smoke. Occasionally the desire comes but it is not so strong anymore. As long as i don't take a puff, i am safe. The secret is, keep away from cigarettes. No puffing even for a puff.

I’m on the path; on day three and will write my goodbye letter (which feels pretty daunting at the moment, not unlike the decision to go through with a divorce!) Came at a time we’re on back at school again and am surrounded by nicotine. I quit 6 months ago but struggle with puffing every once in a while which can be super dangerous. Tysm for this!
