each time I watch one of your videos i feel i have another chance to quit smoking this time thank you and plz continue
  • I love this and everything you spoke about here. Like an arrow to a target, this was spot on for me. Learning to speak kindly and ask myself new questions is a process just like you said and it's not always noticeable when I slide into self sabatoging thoughts or limiting beliefs. Thanks for reading my mind?! And heart! Sending you Love and Energy!

Love ❤ you Nasia Davos, you are so persistent in trying to get your message across, to all inveterate smokers, month after month! Keep up this great effort!
  • I like the way of thinking you have!!! I admire that you transfer your knowledge with a simple but powerful way!!! Thank you for helping us!!!
  • If my self critic get to loud, i just remind myself to not take myself to serious, the entire world and all that is known in it is happening right now, why beat yourself up internally. Being aware takes practice tho
  • I love this.I’m going to use it for other things n my life as well. Ask the question how can I do this? How very simple but not something I’ve ever really thought about!!! It’s all in what we ask our brain, like a computer!!! Of course!!! Then your brain shoots out several great ideas/ answers!!! I love this!!! It works!! You , Nasia, have the power to help anyone achieve their goals!!! So happy I found you!!!

  • Again, thank you. These videos are like hearing to you for the first time. So helpful and very empowering.
  • Could you explain why we get scared of quitting smoking? I can smoke 1 cigarette a day and I am fine but thinking about no cigarettes at all is what hasn’t let me take that next step. I think once I go from 1 cigarette to 0 I will find it very easy but it’s that initial step.

Ty so much , so its like stepping out of your false self. Stop doubting , use reasoning that escalates your thoughts to a positive outcome instead of stalking yourself. Lol

Biggest mistake I ever made, was to quit smoking. I got fat. I gained 140 pounds. I struggled with diets and exercise but they don't work. I went from a slim 135 pounds up to a whopping 275. My waist went from a 32 to a 50. For a year, I was an obese nonsmoker, but when women laughed and said forget it, you're too fat, that was it. I went back to 2 packs a day and I've been losing about 15 pounds a month. As long as smoking keeps my weight down, I don't care a hoot about the problems of cigarettes. I should have never quit in the first place, and to top it off, it was very hard for me to do
